How to install your thinkware dash cam

Installing a Dash Cam may seem like a daunting task, but it is really quite a simple process especially if you are using a 12v adapter.

Here are some quick tips for installing your Thinkware Dash Cam:

Clean the inside of your windshield. Cleaning the inside glass will ensure the 3M mount will strongly adhere to the windshield. It may also improve your video quality depending on how dirty your windshield is.
Cut the protective plastic on 3M adhesive. Cutting the plastic allows you to not stick the whole 3M Pad to your windshield. Making the removal much easier.
Plan your route. Before you begin to hide the Dash Cams wires, make sure to plan out which side you are going to route the wire to ensure you have enough wire or there is enough space.
